In this exploration we will look at meridians: a circuit of channels that flow through the body, carrying and distributing life energy. We will discover the connection between meridians and five basic elements: earth, metal, water, wood, fire. We will explore the ways meridians and the five elements can be used in a yoga practice, together creating a flowing sequence of poses that is both relaxing and energizing. All levels of yoga practice are welcome, and no prior knowledge of these systems is needed.
