Kids Yoga AND Yoga for Teen Girls: 8 Week Series w/ Patty Wiley, March-May

Healthy Kids’ Yoga:

An 8-week series for kids ages 9-13. This series will teach your child healthy lifestyle tools including; yoga asana (poses), nutrition, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. These healthy lifestyle tools can help improve concentration and focus, improve balance and coordination, improve strength and flexibility, boost self-confidence, encourage a feeling of well-being and calm, and so much more. This class will incorporate music, yoga games, art and lots of physical activity to introduce kids to the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle in a fun, nurturing environment.

Dates: Tuesdays, starting on March 6th (skipping March 20th for spring break)

Time: 4-5:00pm

Cost: $74 per series.

*Partial scholarship available for those in need.

Teen Yoga for Girls:

An 8-week series for girls ages 13-17. This series will weave together different elements of holistic living, including; yoga, self-care, nutrition and mindfulness. These applicable tools can help reduce stress, boost self-esteem and self-confidence, improve posture and flexibility, improve concentration, encourage healthy food choices and so much more. Come join other teens and enjoy a yoga class that is challenging but relaxing at the same time.

Dates: Thursdays, starting on March 8th (skipping March 22nd for spring break)

Time: 4-5:00pm

Cost: $74 per series.
