Located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, Arizona, The Yoga Experience offers yoga classes taught by a group of highly trained, dedicated, Anusara-Inpsired instructors. Anusara Yoga® is both fun and challenging, yet grounded in the science of biomechanical alignment and a non-dual Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness.
